Adekola Adeola leads the Great Young Minds Initiative, spearheading a dedicated team that strategically develops programs and activities to foster the holistic growth of teenagers from diverse backgrounds. In just half a decade, his team has impacted over a thousand teenagers, both in-person and virtually, providing valuable resources to support their growth through adolescence and beyond. Additionally, he devotes time to personally counselling and reshaping the mindsets of teenagers, empowering them to embrace their inherent potentials despite challenges and oppositions.

A media enthusiast, Adeola hosts the "Let's Talk Life" podcast and the "Heart2Heart" show on YouTube. With a knack for clear and engaging communication, he has become a beloved voice in various settings, from red carpet events to corporate functions, and member of the Programs Department, RCCG Youth Province 4. With years of experience in radio presentation, he serves as the creative lead of Kingdom Broadcast Nation, overseeing an Academy that imparts knowledge to podcasters, broadcasters, voice-over artists, and content creators, as well as a Community for aspiring professionals in these fields, and currently hosts the Teens Lounge show on Wells Radio 89.3FM.

As a public speaker, Adeola has graced the TEDx stage with his talk titled "Maybe We Weren't Designed to Be Just One Thing". He is also an accomplished author, with four published books including "Growing Up - Battling Adolescence Struggles", "The Power of A Positive Attitude", "Like Arrows", and "In the Hands of a Warrior".

He is a worship leader in his local assembly, and serves as HoD Minstrels Department PSF YP4 Axis 2 and AHoD Minstrels Department PSF Oyo State Family.

Adeola works as Procurement, Quality & Regulatory Manager at AAK Nigeria Oils & Fats Limited — serving as the only Nigerian representative of the world leading agro-inclined industry. There he puts his first class degree in Industrial Chemistry and over half a decade experience in industrial matters to use. Beyond his professional pursuits, Adeola finds joy in cooking, writing, reading, and traveling.
